How do I exchange my products?
We at Beer Game strive to give you a quality product. However, if you receive a damaged product, please send us images of the product at info@beergame.in and we will get back to you. We will arrange for a reverse pickup and once we have received the product, we will send you a new one.
Please don’t forget to mention your contact details and Order number.
Items will have to be unused and returned in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
How do I return my products?
We do not offer returns on our cards, wallarts and greeting cards. This is because unlike clothes, these products will not have any size issues, incorrect fabric description or difference in colour. The images are an accurate presentation of what the product is going to look like in real.
However, we will be updating this policy to allow returns on T-shirts when we launch them.
Can I get a refund on a cancelled order?
The refund will be processed through the same mode within 10 working days. Customer can cancel the order within 1 hour after placing it. To cancel an order, drop us a mail on info@beergame.in
